Job Description:
– Role: Business Development Executive
– Experience Required: Minimum 0.6 months – 1.5 years
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and generate new business opportunities.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships.
– Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create proposals.
– Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.
– Should be able to do cold-mailing & cold-calling.
– Must be able to make presentation, Cover Letter & Project Proposal
– CRM experience | Using experience and generating business through Linkedin Sales Navigator, Upwork, Zoho, hubspot, -Salesforce.
– Experience in the complete sales cycle including deal closing.
Qualifications:
– Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of English.
– Experience with platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, or other freelancing/job boards.
– Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales pipeline management.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Basic understanding of proposal writing and client relationship management.
– Availability to work during your preferred hours (mention time zones if required).
– A Bachelor’s degree is a must.
Preferred Skills:
– Basic understanding of Tech stacks.
– Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing strategies.
– Knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion.
