About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior QA Executive to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of our websites and applications. You’ll test features, identify bugs, and work closely with developers to deliver a smooth, reliable product.
Key Responsibilities
- Test websites/applications for functionality, usability, and performance
- Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps
- Perform manual testing across browsers and devices
- Verify bug fixes and conduct basic regression testing
- Maintain simple test cases/checklists for ongoing projects
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts (functional, regression, UI/UX testing)
- Ability to write clear bug reports and test cases
- Basic knowledge of browser developer tools for debugging
- Understanding of web/mobile responsiveness testing
- Attention to detail and pattern recognition
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Bugzilla)
- Basic understanding of API testing (Postman)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS to communicate technical issues clearly
- Exposure to e-commerce or WordPress/Shopify platforms

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
