Brief Description:
MADAME F is a bold, innovative wine brand celebrating individuality and the LGBTQ+ community. More than just a beverage, it represents a movement towards authenticity and inclusivity in the wine industry.
Problem Statement:
The brand faced several design and user experience challenges on its Shopify website, including navigation issues, font inconsistencies, and readability problems. These issues were hindering the brand’s ability to effectively communicate its unique value proposition and connect with its target audience.
Objectives:
- Enhance website usability and aesthetic appeal
- Improve brand visibility and messaging
- Create a more engaging and inclusive user experience
- Optimize the site for conversions
Solution:
- Redesigned the website using Canva, then implemented on Shopify
- Increased header navigation font size to 22px for better visibility
- Enlarged the logo for a stronger brand presence
- Modified the “SHOP NOW” CTA to “10% off your first order” with a resized button and two-line text
- Added black background to “Who is Madame F?” sections for improved readability
- Removed empty image boxes in the “Our Wines” section
- Implemented a product slider on product pages
- Added a Social Proof section to build trust and credibility
Results:
Positive customer feedback on improved website design and usability. We enhanced brand perception as a modern, inclusive wine brand.
